Quarantine until release

Filled vials are held until every panel returns in specification. Out-of-spec lots are destroyed and the batch record retained.

Traceable to the vial

The lot code resolves to one certificate, one fill date, one set of chromatograms. Retention samples held 24 months.

Cold chain to your door

Frozen material ships on dry ice with a temperature indicator in the box, so a compromised shipment is visible the moment it arrives.

Can I see the certificate before ordering?+
Yes. Every released lot has its certificate on the product page and in the CoA library, searchable by lot code.
What payment methods do you take?+

How is frozen material shipped?+
On dry ice by overnight courier with an irreversible temperature indicator in the box. Cold-chain shipments dispatch Monday to Wednesday so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?+
Photograph the temperature indicator before unpacking and report within 48 hours. We replace the shipment and pay the freight.
Some compounds say restricted. What changes?+
They need a signed end-use statement before they ship. Your order confirmation email explains how to send it. Nothing else about the order changes.
