Shipping and cold chain
Temperature-sensitive material fails quietly. Everything below exists so a compromised shipment is visible on arrival rather than three months into a study. Shipping options and costs for your order are shown at checkout.
| Item | Condition | Carrier | Dispatch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lyophilised peptides | Dry ice, 5 kg minimum | Overnight priority | Mon–Wed only |
| Solutions, 2–8 °C | Gel cold packs, insulated | Overnight priority | Mon–Thu |
| Ambient reference standards | Ambient, desiccant sachet | Ground, 2–5 day | Daily |
| International | Dry ice, customs pre-cleared | Broker-managed | By arrangement |
Cold chain runs Mon–Wed
Dry-ice shipments dispatch early in the week so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend. A Thursday order ships the following Monday rather than risking the sublimation window.
Temperature indicator enclosed
Every cold-chain box carries an irreversible indicator card. Photograph it at receipt before unpacking; that photograph is what we need if you claim.
48-hour damage window
Report breakage, a tripped indicator, or a missing dry-ice charge within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the shipment. Later reports are assessed case by case.
