For groups running the same assay across a grant period, ordering one vial at a time is the wrong instrument. Reserved lots, scheduled releases, and volume pricing are arranged on request.
Lot reservation
Reserve a defined quantity from a single fill so every experiment in a study runs against the same material and the same certificate.

Scheduled release
Set a delivery calendar across the grant period. Material ships on the dates you set rather than arriving at once and consuming freezer space.

Volume pricing
An agreed price list for the year, so repeat orders do not need a new conversation each time.
- Fixed pricing for 12 months
- Volume bands agreed up front
- Renewed 60 days before expiry
Custom fill sizes
Where the standard fill wastes material, we will fill to a size that matches your assay volume, subject to a minimum run.
- Minimum 100 vials per custom fill
- Full panel run on the custom lot
- Lead time 4–6 weeks
