Nothing leaves the facility on a supplier’s word. Each fill is tested by a laboratory that had no part in synthesis, and held under quarantine until the data clears specification.
STAGE 01
Independent analysis
Purity and identity are run by an accredited third-party laboratory. We publish their report, not a summary of it.
STAGE 02
Quarantine until release
Filled vials are held until every panel returns in specification. Out-of-spec lots are destroyed and the batch record retained.
STAGE 03
Traceable to the vial
The lot code resolves to one certificate, one fill date, one set of chromatograms. Retention samples held 24 months.
STAGE 04
Cold chain to the dock
Frozen material ships on dry ice with a temperature indicator in the box. Delivery is to institutional receiving only.

We check the department against public institutional records and confirm your role by replying to your institutional address.

Lot availability and pricing become visible. Build a line-item request and receive a formal quotation, valid 30 days, for your purchasing office.

Questions purchasing offices ask
Do you sell to individuals?+
No. Atlas Labs supplies verified institutions only — universities, hospital research groups, government and national laboratories, CROs, and biotech companies. We do not ship to residential addresses.
Why is there no checkout?+
You assemble a line-item request, we return a formal quotation valid for 30 days, and your purchasing office raises a purchase order against it. No card payment is taken anywhere on this site.
How long does verification take?+
Usually two business days. We confirm the department against public institutional records and reply to your institutional email address.
Can I see the certificate before ordering?+
Yes. Every released lot has its signed certificate embedded on the compound page and indexed in the CoA library, searchable by lot code.
What payment terms do you offer?+
Net 30 against an approved purchase order on verified accounts, prepayment by institutional transfer, or an institutional purchasing card by arrangement.
How is frozen material shipped?+
On dry ice by overnight courier with an irreversible temperature indicator in the box. Cold-chain shipments dispatch Monday to Wednesday so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
What if a shipment arrives damaged?+
Photograph the temperature indicator before unpacking and report within 48 hours. We replace the shipment and pay the freight.
Some compounds say restricted. What changes?+
Tesamorelin and melanotan II need an end-use statement countersigned by the principal investigator before the lot ships. Nothing else about the quote changes.
