The conditions under which Atlas Labs accepts an order. Placing an order means you agree to them.
Who can order
Adults aged 21 or over who are buying for laboratory research: individual researchers, laboratories, universities, companies and other organisations.
- You must be 21 or older
- Research use is confirmed at checkout, on every order
- We may decline or cancel any order
Permitted use
Material is supplied for in vitro laboratory research and for animal work conducted under an approved protocol.
- No human or veterinary administration
- No clinical or diagnostic use
- No compounding or repackaging for human use
- No resale for human or veterinary use
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through the cart and paid at checkout with the payment methods shown there. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation.

- Volume pricing and account terms by arrangement
Restricted compounds
Certain compounds need a signed end-use statement before release, and are supplied only where permitted at the destination.

Export compliance
International orders are screened against restricted-party and destination controls before release. Where a licence is required, release waits for it.
- Screening applies to every international order
- Customs brokerage handled by us on cold chain
- Import permissibility remains the buyer’s responsibility
Complaints and returns
Quality complaints are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 7. Material cannot be returned once temperature control has left our custody, so claims are handled by replacement.
