Partner obligations
A distribution agreement does not transfer the restriction. Partners verify every downstream institution to the same standard we do, ship to institutional receiving only, pass the certificate through unaltered, and never sell to individuals. Onward sale to individuals terminates the agreement.
Not an affiliate programme
Atlas Labs does not pay commission on referred sales and does not operate a referral, influencer, or revenue-share programme. Partners buy at contract price and resell under their own terms. Paying a per-sale cut on unapproved research compounds creates an incentive to place material with buyers who should not receive it, and that is the exact failure this verification model exists to prevent.
